We accept all PPO dental insurance plans, including the carriers below. Acceptance does not always mean in-network participation, so call with your member information and our team will verify your benefits and help estimate your expected costs.
Please note: BlueDot Dental does not accept Medicaid, AHCCCS, HMO, or DMO plans.
If those plans do not fit your situation—or you do not have dental insurance—our in-house loyalty plans can help make the care you need or want more accessible. You’ll find all three options in the next section below.

Will I Know My Cost Before Treatment?
Yes. Once the dentist has recommended care, our team reviews expected out-of-pocket costs with you before anything is scheduled. Insurance estimates are our best projection of your benefits, not a guarantee of final payment.
Is the Loyalty Plan Insurance?
No. It is an in-house membership plan with included preventive visits and a 20% discount on procedures at BlueDot Dental. There are no deductibles, annual maximums, or waiting periods.
Can I Combine the Loyalty Plan With Insurance?
Plan benefits cannot be combined with insurance, other discounts, or special offers. If you have dental insurance, we will help you compare which option saves you more.
Is Financing Available for Larger Treatment?
Yes. Cherry, CareCredit, Proceed Finance, and Sunbit each offer monthly payment plans for qualifying patients. Approval and terms are set by the provider, and our team can walk you through the application.
